PC-based 12-lead EKG

The EC-Sense resting EKG is a user friendly PC-based 12-lead EKG for an advanced and safe diagnosis. It is cost effective without any decrease on quality and has an intuitive user interface that meets the demands for a safe and reliable EKG in both hospitals and clinics. The Interpretation program from Glasgow Royal Infirmary, built on more than 30 years of research gives, high quality both on adults and children.

The EC-Sense exercise EKG system is based on many years of experience from signal processing of EKG in noisy environments with large baseline shifts. Mean value calculation, ST measurements, rhythm analysis and layouts for monitoring meet the highest standards. Ergometer bicycles and treadmill are connected and controlled via a serial port.

EC-Store collates examinations and patient information from EC-Sense EKG systems. EC-Store can be placed in your local network or in an external storage location.

The EC-Sense EKG product range is based on an PC interface

The acquisition unit for the EC-Sense EKG product digitalizes the signal on all channels and the units connect to a PC via USB that also powers the unit. EC-Sense EKG can be used with an ordinary PC, and be stationary or portable depending on demands.

With a user interface that is programmable you can easily set up a standard for your EKG. This allows you in just four "clicks" to have a printed EKG on hand or / and seen on the screen. EC-Sense XML based data format can be transferred via the PC's built-in communication such as LAN, WLAN, Bluetooth, 3G etc.

EC-Sense has a two-way direct connection with EC-Store and Dräger INFINITY MegaCare for storing and accessing patient data and examinations. With additional security and encryption EC-Sense can collect information from the hospital information system, for example patient ID etc.
