Real atrial analysis
Highly accurate P wave detection allows a precise atrial diagnosis. AFl/AFib and AV blocks can be detected at a glance.
High-resolution HRV
The integrated QRS detector allows a high-precision heart rate variability (HRV) analysis. Heart beats are recorded with an unparalleled resolution of 125µs.
Sleep apnoea
Changes in the heart vector permit conclusions on the respiration. Sleep apnoea can therefore be detected in the Holter recording, without additional sensors.

The new SCHILLERmedilog AR12 plus is the first Holter recorder on the market that combines functionality and high signal quality in a small design. Because it is smaller and lighter than most mobile phones, the device can be worn invisibly underneath the clothes during recording and puts minimal strain on the patient.
The SCHILLERmedilog AR12 plus is designed for (almost) any situation. The newly developed amplifier is even less sensitive to interferences and the completely revised signal processing can even deal with intensive physical activity.
High signal quality does not only deliver better beat and rhythm analysis results; it also reduces the post-processing effort. Moreover, the robust and waterproof casing tolerates an accidental shower and even a fall from 2m.
The green Holter
With a single, regular 1.5V AAA battery, two to four 24hr recordings can be performed. If the battery is replaced, recordings over 30 days or more are possible.
