USP 797 is a mandate for all hospital pharmacies across the nation. It’s enforceable by the FDA, United States Pharmacopoeia and NIOSH. HWI offers turnkey design packages that supersede USP 797 requirements. HWI designs, demos, builds, furnishes, and validates clean rooms that meet all USP 797 specifications.

ASEPTIC LAMINATE WALL SYSTEMS

HWI’s laminate wall system is the solution to providing the aseptic hospital operatories and patient recovery rooms demanded by the rise of SSIs. Our aseptic laminate wall system is a vacuum-formed thermo-plastic sheet with a coved floor and ceiling joints with corners that have 2in or 6in radii for ease of cleaning. HWI’s proprietary BioGard laminate wall material has a chemical component that eliminates microbial growth.

HWI’s aseptic laminate wall system can be installed on any solid surface. Rolled vertical edges form smooth butt joints that can be heat welded, chemically sealed, or siliconed. Our aseptic wainscoting is offered in 2ft or 4ft height variations and is ideal for patient recovery rooms. This aseptic wall system is also ideal for diagnostic labs, medical device labs, dialysis clinics and isolation rooms.

HIGH-IMPACT BUMPER GUARDS

Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polymer high-impact bumper guards are the perfect application for hospital walls. Whether in the hospital basement or in the high-traffic hallways, these bumper guards are the perfect solution for lessening the damage to hospital walls.
