GAMMEX PF RANGE OF POWDER-FREE SURGICAL GLOVES

Ansell's Gammex® PF range of powder-free surgical gloves offers superior quality products, including the best-selling Gammex® PF. Gammex® PF Micro-Thin addresses the need for additional sensitivity and grip, and Gammex® PF HydraSoft® offers extra skin care. Gammex® PF Underglove completes this range, providing extra protection whilst caring for the skin during surgery.

GAMMEX PF UNDERGLOVE INCORPORATING HYDRASOFT TECHNOLOGY

The Gammex® PF Underglove incorporating HydraSoft® Technology is Ansell’s latest latex surgical glove specifically intended for double gloving. Concerned by the high rate of infections amongst medical personnel, Ansell has launched a campaign to promote the use of double gloving for surgical procedures.

As thin and comfortable as a classical Gammex® PF HydraSoft® glove, the dark green Gammex® PF Underglove features a moisturizing HydraSoft® coating to help promote healthy, unbroken skin.

Polyurethane lining with hydrophilic and hydrophobic elements allows easy damp donning and quick intra-operative glove changing. Gammex® PF Underglove is manufactured using Protein and Endogenous Allergen Reduction Leaching (P.E.R.L.) Technology that delivers a glove with extremely low extractible proteins, reducing risk of latex sensitization.

GAMMEX PF HYDRASOFT SURGICAL GLOVES

Ansell's new Gammex PF HydraSoft surgical gloves incorporate HydraSoft®, an innovative hydration coating technology. Our Hydrosoft coating has been used to enhance the moisturising qualities of the Gammex PF, Ansell's popular powder-free latex glove product. The result is the Gammex PF HydraSoft surgical glove. With this new glove, Ansell has reaffirmed its leadership in bringing powder-free, low protein NRL surgical gloves to the healthcare market.

The enhanced lubrication provided by the HydraSoft coating makes the gloves easier and faster to put on, allowing for trouble-free inter-operative changes. An adhesive band at the top of the cuff provides even more secure and comfortable holds on gown sleeves.

DERMAPRENE ULTRA - SYNTHETIC SURGICAL GLOVE

As part of its ongoing synthetic glove program, Ansell has developed the innovative DermaPrene Ultra neoprene surgical glove. Free of latex proteins and accelerators, the DermaPrene Ultra glove provides an ideal solution for preventing both Type I and Type IV allergies, for healthcare professionals and patients. Also demonstrating high levels of softness and flexibility, the DermaPrene Ultra surgical glove provides a safe, effective and comfortable alternative to latex.

MICRO-TOUCH HYDRACARE - MOISTURISER GLOVE COMBINATION

In order to minimise the effect of continual glove usage on hands, Ansell has introduced the new MICRO-TOUCH HydraCare. This is the first latex examination glove to offer healthcare professionals both protection and skin care.
