BREATHABLE COVERS

San Miguel has developed breathable covers under the Primera brand. The breathable covers are tough and lightweight. Our breathable covers are safe and durable in several applications. The breathable covers are widely used in health treating, contaminated land clean-up operations, industrial housekeeping, spray-painting and food processing, petrochemicals and pharmaceutical verticals. MONOLITHIC TECHNOLOGY

Using monolithic technology, we can transfer moisture vapour with the help of hydrophilic molecules. The monolithic technology plays a key role in preventing penetration of fluids or microorganism due to the presence of hydrophobic molecules. In this monolithic technology, vapour is transmitted out for extra comfort.

The monolithic technology-based Primera brand sheet consists of three layers - outer substance, monolithic breathable membrane and inner substrate.

ASTM 1670 / 1671

ASTM 1670 / 1671 is a test method based on an American standard in testing the penetration of synthetic blood and resistance towards the penetration of blood borne pathogens through protective apparel.

We offer a Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) that gives protection for cargos / products. Our vapour corrosion inhibitor is ideal for those products which are sensitive to corrosion caused by vapour. The vapour corrosion inhibitor, specially coated reflective sheet, is used in exports and imports of goods. The vapour corrosion inhibitor coated boxes are widely used in the hospital industry. We supply customised vapour corrosion inhibitors. We ensure high quality aviation liners are provided with VCIs for better protection of goods.
