Hospital Solaris Signs an Agreement with American Hospital Management Company

The promoter group and board of directors of Hospital Solaris have entered into an agreement with American Hospital Management Company (AHMC). The AHMC is now to provide turnkey management services to the Hospital Solaris, a new hospital project incorporated into the Sorrento housing complex located in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
"We are confident that the experience of AHMC, incorporated into the trajectory of the project promoter group, will allow us to make the vision of this new hospital a reality for the city of Guayaquil", stated Mr. Petronio Lara, hospital project leader.
The hospital will provide an environment of international standards in technology and clinical care, highly skilled and trained support staff, and a quality organizational commitment to providing a professional practice of international class. All diagnosis, therapeutic, in-patient and ambulatory services will be owned by the hospital.
AHMC will organize and manage the hospital, utilizing healthcare international standards as well as strategies developed by AHMC, to comply with Guayaquil market expectations.
About Solaris Hospital
Solaris Hospital is a project for a new hospital of 98 beds and 120 medical offices in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
The hospital will be a provider of high-quality medical care in services such as emergency attention, clinical laboratory, radiology and imaging, pharmacy, surgery, intensive care and hospitalization.
