IntelePACS Installed at Partners Imaging Center

Intelerad Medical Systems Incorporated, a leading PACS supplier based in Montreal, is pleased to announce a successful implementation of IntelePACS™ at Partners Imaging Center of Sarasota, Florida.
Partners Imaging Center uses IntelePACS to read images from both its in-house modalities (PET, MR, and CR) and from external clinics that send images to IntelePACS over a VPN. IntelePACS also uses a VPN to send images to the radiologists' home-based workstations, as well as SSL encryption to make images available to referring physicians over the Internet.
Dr Richard Goldberg, owner of Partners Imaging Center, has been impressed that IntelePACS has had "absolutely no downtime." He added: "Having used a number of systems, IntelePACS is the best by far."
With plans to add mobile Ultrasound to their in-house modalities, IntelePACS has the flexibility and extensibility to accommodate Partners Imaging Center's growth.
