Progen Scientific Limited of Mexborough, South Yorkshire continues their long term partnership with Prior Labs by introducing the Prior range of stereo microscopes. The key model in the range is the ZoomMaster 40, featured below which is supplemented by additional microscopes available from Progen Scientific which all offer a host of features and benefits suitable for a variety of applications.

ZOOMMASTER™ 40 STEREO ZOOM MICROSCOPES

Heading the stereo microscope range is Prior's ZoomMaster 40 stereo zoom microscope which offers a distinct blend of performance, flexibility and cost effectiveness with a magnification range from 5x to 120x (1x to 4x zoom range). Customers can choose from a range of complete systems or take advantage of the advanced building block design to mix and match components and configure a system to exactly meet your needs.

The modular design means ZoomMaster 40 is ideally suited to industrial inspection, research, education and life science applications. This flexibility is further enhanced by a quality optical system providing crisp, parfocal images plus a variety of illumination options, photographic options and other accessories. ZOOMMASTER™ 65 STEREOZOOM MICROSCOPE

An alternative to the ZoomMaster 40 is the Prior ZoomMaster 65 stereo zoom microscope from Progen Scientific. This offers a magnification range of 3.5X to 225X at an affordable price and with excellent optical performance. Complete systems are available for such applications as industrial inspection, research, education, life sciences and OEM applications but the modular design of the ZoomMaster 65 also allows you to configure a system to exactly meet your needs. This flexibility is further enhanced by a variety of CCTV and photographic options, illumination systems and accessories.

  • Zoom magnification range from 0.7x to 4.5x (7x to 45x with 10x eyepieces)
  • Supplied with two 10x WF eyepieces with rubber eyecups
  • Working distance of 108mm. (189mm. and 34mm. with optional 0.5x and 2.0x objectives respectively)
  • Available with binocular or trinocular bodies
  • Equipped with 45° inclined focusing eyepiece tubes
  • Optional 15x, 20x or 25x eyepieces and 0.5x or 2.0x objectives give possible magnification range from 3.5x to 225x

SM3S STEREOMICROSCOPE WITH STRAIGHT THROUGH HEAD

Complimenting the Progen Scientific Limited range of Prior microscope is The Prior SM3 Stereomicroscope. This is an excellent microscope for cost effective routine inspection and quality control. Its modular design allows for easy customization to virtually any application. It offers a range of key features including:

  • Binocular head with a pair of 10x widefield eyepieces, one dioptre adjustment
  • Straight through head
  • Straight or angled head option (SM3S/SM3A)
  • Interchangeable lenses for 10x, 20x and 35x magnifications
  • Long working distance objectives

SM3A Stereomicroscope with 45 Degree Inclined Head And finally the range is rounded off with the StereoMaster 3 with 45-degree inclined head. This package includes a binocular head with single adjustable dioptre, widefield 10x eyepieces which are suitable for a 21mm graticule, a pair of eye guards, interchangeable objective lens giving total magnifications of 10x, 20x and 35x long arm stand with integral 12v 10w illumination and dust cover.
