The Schuett Phoenix gas safety burner lives up to the latest safety standards and provides various advantages for comfortable and safe operation. As a heat source the flame disturbs the very principle of the cabinet i.e. the laminar flow. It can not be sterilised effectively and could therefore be a hazard for the HEPA filter of your cabinet. It is also a fire hazard, if you forget to switch it off. When in use, the Schuett Phoenix gas safety burner does not tip over as easily as a Bunsen burner due to its low, rectangular design, sensor operation allows for sensor distance and pre-set time, after which the flame switches off. The gas supply and electronic ignition are activated automatically by foot switch, cutting the gas and flame off when the foot is released.
