Monitoring the effect on the brain, from the delivery of a single or a mixture of anaesthetics to the human body is objectively and real time measured by brain function monitors. Our neuro monitoring devices include the CSM monitor, the AEP monitor.

CSM MONITOR™ - BRAIN FUNCTION MONITOR

Our primary focus over the last ten years has been on brain function monitor products to assist the right dosing of anaesthetic agents during aesthetic and sedative procedures in all area of the hospital.

Publications with reviews of the usage of brain function monitoring indicate the costs associated as an important and limiting factor for professionals taking advantage of this technology. We took this as a clear signal from the costumers and in 2004 we launched not only the smallest, but also the most affordable solution to date within brain function monitors – the CSM Monitor™.

HANDHELD, BATTERY OPERATED NEURO-MONITORING DEVICES

Our solutions include small, handheld, battery operated devices featured with wireless technology. The small size facilitates the trend towards moving procedural examinations under sedation and surgical procedures under general anaesthesia to specialized units outside the traditional hospital areas and to make possible a real time and continued monitoring of the patient during inter and intra-hospital transportation.

NEURO MONITORING - FOR ANESTHETIC PROCEDURES

Using our neuro monitoring devices allows you to be sure you carried out the anesthetic procedure just right, and to be guided by an objective assessment of the effects on anaesthetics on the brain. Our neuro monitoring solutions show the actual patient response to the anaesthetics administered. These devices can alert you of a malfunction in anaesthetic delivery machinery (vaporizer malfunction, IV delivery malfunction, occlusion in IV line).

Danmeter is the only manufacturer offering the health care professionals two solutions of neuro monitoring. Danmeter neuro monitors are using next generation index calculation based on fuzzy logic.

AEP MONITOR/2™WITH AEP/EEG AAI™ INDEX

AEP Monitor/2 is the first, fast and active solution, providing active stimuli and measuring and processing Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP signals). It is the only solution bridging auditory evoked potentials and spontaneous EEG into the composite AEP/EEG AAI™ index. The AEP Monitor/2 is the fastest monitor available (two to six seconds).

CEREBRAL STATE MONITOR™ WITH CSI INDEX

The Cerebral State Monitor is the handheld, portable and affordable solution, featuring multi parametric spontaneous EEG processing into the CSI index. It is the smallest monitor available, the fastest monitor to install and very easy to use. Wireless radio communication is standard.
