Workers' Compensation Expert Mark Noonan Joins BTE Technologies Board

BTE Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of software, equipment and services to healthcare providers and the workers' compensation industry, has announced the appointment of Mark J. Noonan to its Board of Directors, effective from 20 October 2009. Noonan occupies a newly created seat on the board and will serve as an independent director.

A recognized expert in the field of workers' compensation and the law, Noonan is managing principal for the casualty practice at Integro Insurance Brokers. Prior to joining Integro in 2009, Noonan was managing director of the Workers' Compensation Practice at Marsh for six years, and received the notable recognition of Risk and Insurances Power Broker of the Year in 2008 and 2009. Noonan has also served as workers' compensation manager for Raytheon, Inc. and assistant general counsel to the Mass Bay Transportation Authority.
