How to Reduce Static Overload Without Losing Time

This document aims to explain the causes of static overload on carers. We will start by discussing the significant results of five studies: one laboratory study and four practice-based studies. Then, we will compare the results of these studies in a way that presents practical solutions for dealing with physical overload to help carers work in a safe and healthy way.
