US-based Health Catalyst has acquired Health Care DataWorks (HCD), which provides business intelligence for health systems.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, HCD provides data warehousing tools to health systems to improve their quality of care and reduce costs.
