Saint Francis Medical Group in Hartford, US, has executed a three-year contract with MED3OOO, a healthcare management and technology products service, to provide revenue cycle management (RCM) services to the hospital’s employed providers.
MED3OOO provides medical billing and collection services, along with tools to measure performance, increase revenues and improve patient care.

The company also provides a platform of clinical and business performance solutions, including PM, EHR, RCM, population health management and smart communication systems, along with management, knowledge, operations and affiliation strategies which help its clients improve clinical and financial outcomes.
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center chief medical officer Rolf Knoll said for the last year, MED3OOO has provided revenue cycle management services for a smaller subset of the practices associated with Saint Francis.
"Because MED3OOO’s efforts quickly exceeded our expectations, we had no difficulty making the decision to expand the relationship to other areas within our health system," Knoll added.
