Czech Republic healthcare industry registered a 2.5% rise in IT hiring activity in July 2021 compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics index.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 4.94% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.
Out of the healthcare industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 28.32% share in July 2021, recording decrease of 3.28% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Czech Republic healthcare industry’s IT recruitment activity in July 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 101.91% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic healthcare industry in July 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 52.94% in July 2021, an 8.01% drop over the previous month.
2) Computer and Information Analysts claimed a 20.03% share, an increase of 24.75% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 15.74%, registering a 22.22% rise from June 2021.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 12.08%, up 13.43% over the previous month.
Top five healthcare companies in Czech Republic IT recruitment activity in July 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 2.79% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic healthcare industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
KBC Group posted 572 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a rise of 1.24% over the previous month, followed by International Business Machines with 41 jobs and a 57.69% growth. Accenture with 8 IT jobs and AT&T with 3 jobs, recorded a 14.29% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Pure Storage recorded a 66.67% decline with 3 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.4%, down by 1.06% from June 2021. Entry Level positions with a 20.35% share, a growth of 31.96% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 5.25% share, down 28.26% over June 2021.
