France healthcare industry registered a 1.7% rise in IT hiring activity in June 2021 compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics index.
The industry’s overall hiring an increased by 11.72% in June 2021 compared with May 2021.
Out of the healthcare industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 6.1% share in June 2021, recording decrease of 0.08% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in France healthcare industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 98.14% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France healthcare industry in June 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 62.23% in June 2021, a 22.56% growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 13.93% share, decline of 11.76% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 12.69%, registering a 20.59% rise from May 2021.
4) Computer and Information Research Scientists captured a share of 7.43%, up 166.67% over the previous month.
Top five healthcare companies in France IT recruitment activity in June 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 36.84% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France healthcare industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
International Business Machines posted 143 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a rise of 68.24% over the previous month, followed by Atos with 38 jobs and a 35.59% drop. AXA with 36 IT jobs and Cegedim with 24 jobs, recorded a 157.14% growth and a 166.67% increase, respectively, while Doctolib recorded a 17.39% decline with 19 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 48.61%, down by 21.5% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 39.32% share, a growth of 309.68% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 11.76% share, up 22.58% over May 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.31%, recording a month-on-month decline of 87.5%.
