American Hospital Dubai has reached an agreement to implement RLDatix’s incident reporting, patient feedback and dashboard technology.
RLDatix’s software will power the hospital’s patient safety and organisational improvement initiatives and help enhance overall patient experience.
This agreement also makes it the first private hospital in Dubai to use the software. The software will enable American Hospital Dubai to move from reactive risk management to proactive risk mitigation.
By using the technology, the hospital and its remote clinics will benefit from capabilities such as “informed decision making, risk mitigation and performance improvement”.
American Hospital Dubai CIO Ahmad Yahya said: “Our goal is to excel in our innovations, forward-thinking and customer-centric approach. Because patient safety and the delivery of care is a top priority at our organisation, we must always aim to reduce the number of preventable incidents to zero.
“RLDatix has an unmatched pedigree in patient safety and industry-leading functionality, and we support their vision for a future where we can use what we learn to prevent incidents rather than merely report on them.
