Tenet Healthcare’s (THC) subsidiary Conifer Health Solutions has expanded its business partnership with US-based non-profit health system LCMC Health.

This collaboration is to provide physician accounts receivable (AR) management small-balance support and Covid-19 vaccine scheduling services.

Currently, the healthcare services company provides eligibility and enrolment services (EES), along with patient financial counselling, to five of the LCMC Health’s hospitals in the greater New Orleans area.

The company provides tech-enabled end-to-end and point solution revenue cycle services, which help to enhance the patient experience, drive operational efficiency and also to improve financial outcomes.

LCMC Health Revenue Cycle vice-president Karen Veselsky said: “Conifer has proven to be a strategic partner that can assist with any issue – big or small.

Conifer stated that it was initially appointed to provide EES support for one LCMC hospital, but was later expanded to five of LCMC’s hospitals, along with patient financial counselling services.

With the latest deal, the company can continue to support LCMC’s day-to-day operations and create additional opportunities to contribute to the health system’s overall success.
