The $60m hospital will have seven fully equipped operating rooms, 32 private patient rooms and ten out-patient treatment rooms.

It will also have a diagnostic imaging suite and areas for physical therapy and rehabilitation, dallasnews.com reports.

The hospital will offer highly specialised spine and joint surgeries.
