Dubai private healthcare company Dr Moopen’s Group has unveiled major expansion plans across the Gulf and India over the next five years.
The group will invest about $250m to set up new hospitals and clinics in India and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Land has also been acquired by Dr Moopen’s to build a healthcare city in Kerala.
Dr Moopen’s Group operates seven hospitals, 24 medical centres and 48 pharmacies in India, the UAE, Oman and Qatar. It also owns the 600-bed tertiary care speciality hospital, Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences in Kerala state, India.
