All public and private hospitals have been ordered to provide free medical care to swine flu patients whether they are citizens, expatriates or Umrah pilgrims, The Saudi Gazette reports.

The directives are part of the advanced healthcare the state offers to its citizens and expatriates, a senior public health official said.
