The Emigration Group, based in the UK, has announced that there are job opportunities for nurses and midwives in Australia and New Zealand.
With this in mind, The Emigration Group is hosting seminars at the Novotel in Worsley, Manchester, to offer potential migrants all the information required to move to Australia and New Zealand.
The Emigration Group’s Chester-based migration specialist director Paul Arthur said midwives, nurses and healthcare professionals are in huge demand down under, that there are lots of job opportunities in Australia and New Zealand and both countries are looking to recruit staff from overseas.
"For nurses and midwives looking for a better career opportunity now is the time to consider emigrating. Suitably qualified and experienced Brits should find it relatively easy to qualify for a visa and can expect higher salaries and a much improved lifestyle down under," Arthur added.
"We’ve had a large number of enquiries from healthcare professionals in recent months, and the economic pressures in the UK are certainly a driving force for this."
The reason behind people choosing to head to Australia and New Zealand is that they are wishing for a better work life balance and an improved lifestyle, according to The Emigration Group.
The seminars are expected to cover the process of applying for residence visas, advice on finding a job and tips for a successful resettlement.
