Office Ally has introduced a new automated eligibility checking service that is designed to save time, money and resources for participating physicians and their office staff.

Physicians who subscribe to the Office Ally connect their systems to the firm’s secure web-based programme, which automatically provides information regarding patient eligibility and specifying the co-pay for each individual patient.

Eligibility checking settings can also be controlled from a global, patient and appointment perspective making it customisable to meet the requirements of each office.
