Construction of a $73m medical building at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMED) in the US has begun.
The six-storey 207,500ft² building will house a number of clinics, including 180 exam rooms, currently spread across the campus.
The project being funded by KUMED, KU Hospital and the KU Physicians is scheduled to be completed in early 2011.
