The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Maryland, US has deployed a productivity and benchmarking system to optimise its nursing resources.

QuadraMed’s AcuityPlus platform offers data analysis and monitoring for efficient staffing and budget management, the company said.

The 234-bed clinical research hospital will implement the solution that includes inpatient, ambulance and mental health streams, the company said.

The technology is expected to improve clinical and operational efficiencies while improving patient safety and is the first time AcuityPlus has been adopted by a federal government healthcare system, QuadraMed said.
