Grady Memorial Hospital in the US state of Georgia has deployed a web-based emergency preparedness and incident management platform in anticipation of a surge in H1N1 cases.
LiveProcess, a H1N1 event log, helps emergency management professionals at the hospital to manage and share H1N1 information with other regional hospitals.
The platform provides information about current H1N1 status, bed availability across the region and patient surges, and monitors supplies of Tamiflu medicines to other healthcare centres, LiveProcess said.
