St Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in the US plans to build a $237m hospital complex that will include a replacement hospital, medical office buildings and a surgery centre.
The new 359,000ft² facility will have 134 beds and consist of a garden level and five floors.
Of the total funding, $185m will be spent on the replacement hospital, $43m on office buildings and a $9m surgery centre, according to register-news.com.
The project, expected to begin in April, will be a joint venture between McCarthy Building of St Louis, Lipps Construction of Mt Vernon and Shores Construction of Centralia.
