A new technology that facilitates the remote manipulation of diagnostic devices used during electrophysiology (EP) procedures has been introduced by Stereotaxis.
The device, Vdrive, is an expansion of Stereotaxis’ Magnetic Navigation platform and is designed to improve the efficiency of remote procedures.

Vdrive will combine QuickCAS, Stereotaxis’ catheter advancement system, and uses mechanical and electronic controls for its remote operations.
The solution can be expanded to work with major types of EP diagnostic catheters.
Vdrive will be displayed at the HRS meeting and will be commercially available after regulatory processes are completed.
