Sysmex America will provide its services to Premier member-hospitals and healthcare sites after signing a three-year contract with Premier Purchasing Partners.
The contract, which will be effective from 1 August 2010, provides access to Sysmex haematology analysers, automation, reagents, consumables and services.

Sysmex was also awarded a three-year sole-source haematology agreement for Premier’s Accelerated Supply Chain Endeavour programme participants. The programme helps Premier members improve their supply chain performance and efficiency.
Sysmex America president and CEO John Kershaw said that the signing of the contract proved the quality and reliability of Sysmex haematology products and services.
“We look forward to serving Premier member-hospitals and allied healthcare facilities as they confront the challenges of a changing healthcare environment,” he said.
