Atalan PX introduces a unified approach by integrating workforce engagement data and patient experience, addressing the challenge of fragmented information commonly faced by frontline leaders.
The platform uses AI to highlight operational patterns and guide targeted actions, helping health system leaders improve the care experience and support team engagement.
The partnership follows a previous collaboration between BSMH and Atalan, which trialled the latter’s Clinical Retention Intelligence platform in a regional market.
After observing favourable outcomes within six months, BSMH decided to broaden the implementation of the platform across further markets, extending its support to additional clinical teams.
