The latest addition to CareCloud’s AI portfolio, stratusAI Desk Agent was developed within the company’s AI Centre of Excellence and is powered by real-time reasoning and large-language models.

Furthermore, the assistant manages high-volume calls, supporting end-to-end front-desk and patient access centre workflows in hospitals to provide consistent and immediate support for callers.
