
Creative Solutions in Healthcare has expanded its presence in Texas, US, with the acquisition of five skilled nursing facilities from Diversicare.
This strategic move increases the company’s statewide portfolio to 174 properties, encompassing 153 skilled nursing locations.

The acquired facilities are situated in Lockhart, Houston, Lampasas, Yorktown, and Luling. Plans are in place for significant infrastructure and service enhancements.
Creative Solutions in Healthcare president and CEO Gary Blake said: “This expansion allows us to bring our standard of care to even more residents across the state.
“We’re committed to investing in these communities and in the people who live and work there.”
Creative Solutions will replace all resident mattresses, totalling 475, and will also undertake renovations that include updating furnishings and interior upgrades.

Preparations for the acquisition have been underway since its announcement in mid-May.
Departments across the company have collaborated to integrate the firm’s standards into the new facilities.
In the lead-up to the transition, the Creative Solutions culinary team has been reworking dietary operations, and the White Glove Inspectors have trained housekeeping and laundry staff to uphold the ‘Creative Solutions Clean’ standard.
In addition, the acquisition will introduce new online resources for the facilities.
A payment portal and the Connected Care Center, a resident portal for accessing real-time health information, will soon be available.
These digital tools are designed to improve communication and transparency in care delivery for residents and their families.
