DocGo said its partnership with HealthCare Partners NY aims to bridge gaps in healthcare coverage and support the delivery of in-home care services.
The collaboration is intended to help thousands of patients benefit from proactive healthcare services, including in-home point-of-care tests and annual wellness visits.
The in-home tests will include bone density tests, blood pressure control support, colorectal cancer screenings, diabetic retinal eye exams and A1C screenings.
DocGo aims to provide more screenings and allow diseases to be detected early by bringing these services to patients’ homes.
