Wolters Kluwer Health’s ProVation MD software has been selected by University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro in New Jersey, US, to provide gastroenterology procedure documentation and coding.
The software will upgrade the coding and billing process as well as improve workflow by producing coding-ready, image-enhanced procedure notes.

ProVation also replaces dictation and transcription and allows healthcare providers to document procedures at the point of care.
The 231-bed University Medical Center of Princeton, a unit of Princeton HealthCare System, is scheduled to open on 22 May 2012.
