NMHS operates in 24 counties and offers services through clinics and hospitals, and seeks to advance family- and patient-centred care.

It manages eight hospitals under North Mississippi Medical Center, more than 70 primary and specialist care clinics, and four nursing homes, as well as provides telehealth service offerings.
The collaboration encompasses market insights and patient experience solutions.
These solutions provide NMHS with access to tools that aim to support decision-making, strengthen consumer understanding, and streamline provider and patient feedback across the health system.
The implementation process is currently in progress to foster leadership involvement, promote cross-functional alignment, and initiate early enhancements in patient experience and operational effectiveness.
