The setup will include 22in touchscreen displays mounted on swing arms above patient beds and 43in digital whiteboards, which will be integrated with the Meditech Expanse system.

These technologies are intended to deliver real-time clinical information, improve communication, and provide patients with tools to manage their care.

The deployment will include meal ordering via Sodexo’s HealthTouch system, WebMD’s health education resources, access to relaxation content to support the patient’s well-being, and television services provided by Spectrum.

Future-ready virtual care integration capabilities will be offered through the All-in-One devices.

Peterson Health CEO and president John McDonald said: “Nobody wants to be in the hospital, but when it happens, we want to ensure the best possible experience for our patients.

“This partnership with Oneview will help us do just that. Bring more comfort and convenience to our patients and expand on our commitment to world-class care.”

Established in 1949, Peterson Health serves patients from nine surrounding counties and operates across 13 locations in the region, providing a broad range of healthcare services.

Oneview Healthcare strategy and innovation vice-president Aaron Box said: “Partnering with Peterson Health reflects our shared vision of transforming the patient experience through technology.

“Together, we are creating an environment where patients feel informed, supported, and engaged throughout their care journey.”

Oneview’s platform is tailored to integrate with electronic health record systems, enabling automated and personalised experiences for users.

In February 2025, Oneview introduced its generative AI assistant, Ovie, which is intended to provide real-time, tailored support to patients and their families during hospital stays.
