StoneGate Senior Living has selected global health and community care technology company WellSky as its new electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle technology partner.
This partnership aims to advance StoneGate’s care delivery and caters to the needs of long-term and post-acute care providers.

StoneGate operates over 30 nursing and rehabilitation centres, memory care facilities and assisted living communities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, US.
It was already utilising the WellSky CarePort Intake for managing referrals and connections with hospital partners.
StoneGate Senior Living CEO John Paul Taylor said: “The team at WellSky is willing to bring our processes and workflows together with their innovative technology to make sure the solution works for us.”
The WellSky Long-Term Care solution is expected to enable StoneGate’s staff to make more informed decisions, reduce administrative tasks, and enhance overall care coordination.

This includes the implementation of WellSky SkySense AI, which introduces tools to enhance workflows.

By integrating clinical and revenue cycle capabilities, WellSky’s technology aims to simplify complex operations.
These purpose-built solutions are tailored to meet the unique requirements of facilities like StoneGate, helping them to refine their processes.
