The behavioural health solution combines Array’s three core product families to offer a technology-driven approach to healthcare organisations for delivering measurement-based health services.

Array CareConnect addresses healthcare challenges by integrating behavioural health across care settings.

It combines Array OnDemand Care, Array Community Care, and Array AtHome into a connected system that meets patients where they are, ensuring continuous support.

Array OnDemand Care offers access to psychiatrists for emergency evaluations, treatment, consultations, and disposition recommendations, aiming to reduce psychiatric boarding, decrease unnecessary admissions, and optimise hospital resources.

Array Community Care helps to expand the behavioural health capacity for medical groups and clinics affiliated with hospitals by offering virtual outpatient care.

Its clinicians deliver therapy, psychiatric assessments, and medication management, along with professional consultations.

This approach enables health systems to offer care to more patients, minimise referral loss, improve patient retention, and reduce reliance on emergency departments.

Array AtHome provides ongoing psychiatric and therapeutic support to referred and recently discharged patients through a virtual, measurement-based care model.

This service supports individuals to achieve stability and promotes improved, long-term results.
