US-based Resilient Healthcare has partnered with Athelas, powered by Commure, to transform outpatient care and hospital billing through the launch of a pilot programme.
By choosing Athelas as its preferred vendor for revenue cycle management (RCM) and electronic medical records (EMR) solutions, Resilient Healthcare is set to enhance operations for acute and outpatient hospital-at-home programmes.
This will contribute to scalability and integration across healthcare systems.
The pilot programme will see Athelas providing Ambient AI support, RCM services, and EMR integration with Resilient Community’s RAIN AI platform.
With its numerous hospital clients, Resilient Healthcare will test the combined technology to demonstrate the benefits of transferring outpatient services and billing processes away from conventional hospital systems.
The use of advanced software integration and data exchange is expected to drive care delivery directly to patient homes.
