US-based CereCore has joined Oracle's enhanced partner programme to deliver IT infrastructure services, optimisation, application management, and specialised support to healthcare organisations that utilise Oracle Health platforms.

Through the partnership, CereCore aims to attain Oracle designations and demonstrate its expertise in relation to products.

This development coincides with Oracle Health's launch of its next-generation electronic health record (EHR), featuring AI-driven capabilities that are set to advance clinical workflows.

To fully harness these advantages, healthcare organisations are required to assess their existing technology frameworks in terms of technical infrastructure, data quality, and workflow standardisation.

CereCore president and CEO Curtis Watkins said: “Healthcare organisations invested in Oracle Health seek partners who understand both the technology and clinical operations.

“We've long supported Cerner, now Oracle Health, clients, and our designation as an Oracle partner formalises our commitment to delivering high-quality specialised services that support and optimise these platforms for long-term success.”

CereCore's services assist organisations in sustaining high-performing IT operations while also preparing for future technological advancements.

This partnership allows the company to enhance its Oracle Health service offerings by providing round-the-clock clinical and technical support through dedicated teams.

The services encompass infrastructure and network solutions, including system migrations and modernisation, optimisation services focused on performance tuning and data quality enhancement.

CereCore will also be able to improve capabilities such as application managed services for system maintenance and management, IT consulting, and staff augmentation to support IT teams facing resource constraints.

In October 2025, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Canada selected Oracle Health as its technology vendor of choice for a new AI-driven EHR system to improve patient and caregiver experiences.
