US-based chronic pain management practice Encore Health Group and Affiliates has installed eClinicalWorks’ V12 and healow solutions in an effort to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency.

eClinicalWorks’ latest electronic health record (EHR) software version V12 is designed to provide a flat user interface along with click reducers.

These are intended to help practices increase doctors' efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction by making use of real-time Cloud intelligence.

eClinicalWorks said the software will allow Encore to benefit from enhanced usability and gain access to important workflow features, as well as value-based enhancements to care provisions.

The company's healow CHECK-IN system sends out automated patient appointments and payment reminders, allowing practice staff to spend more time on patients rather than on administrative tasks.

Since its deployment earlier this year, the online billing solution healow Pay is claimed to have increased Encore's transactions by 300%.

The billing solution is designed to be easy to use and allow patients to pay their medical bills via text messages, emails or online.

Encore Health Group and Affiliates offers pain management and customised services to meet the individual requirements of patients.

healow is an EHR-agnostic Cloud-based platform that offers patient relationship management, clinical and payer insights and interoperability solutions.
