Canada-based OliveCorp Software has introduced Oli, a healthcare HR platform designed to tackle the increasing operational costs and staffing shortages that organisations in the country are currently experiencing.
The platform was designed by frontline professionals to optimise retention and recruitment processes within the healthcare workforce.
Oli was developed in response to the challenges faced by hiring teams and clinicians.
OliveCorp Software founder Peter Hubert said: “Having spent years on the front lines, we saw the toll that staffing gaps and administrative friction take on professionals and patient care. Oli was built to fix the problems we lived with every day.
“Faster hiring means safer, better-staffed facilities. This isn't just about saving money, it's about saving lives.”
The platform offers a system that encompasses job postings, interview scheduling, digital agreements, and compliance management.
Oli employs AI matching technology for connecting healthcare organisations with pre-vetted professionals, thereby minimising the time required to fill positions and reducing administrative burdens.
OliPass, another feature of the solution, allows healthcare professionals to manage their licences, credentials, and immunisations within a secure digital profile.
This feature streamlines the onboarding process for employers while ensuring that candidates remain compliant through automated renewal reminders.
The company asserts that by minimising dependence on ineffective recruitment channels, the platform enables organisations to save more than $137,000 each year.
Early adopters of the technology have reported a return on investment surpassing 1,300%.
Oli is accessible to healthcare organisations throughout Canada.
Established in 2023, OliveCorp Software aims to address labour shortages in the healthcare sector by utilising AI-driven workflows and secure digital tools.
