Healthcare delivery company Ovatient has introduced MyCare Anywhere, an omnichannel virtual care platform designed to enhance patient engagement.

The platform, powered by League healthcare consumer experience (CX) technology, aims to fortify the bond between patients and their trusted health systems through a hyper-personalised digital interface.

Available on desktop and mobile devices, MyCare Anywhere integrates with electronic medical records (EMR) to provide expert health content and guided health journeys, all tailored to individual patient needs.

The service is launching initially in Northeast Ohio, US, through a collaboration with MetroHealth.

This model establishes the new Digital Health Home, connecting patients with accessible, integrated care.

MyCare Anywhere offers an array of features, including live chat support, appointment scheduling, and health tracking for mood, sleep, and stress.

It also provides personalised health education, virtual care visits for primary and urgent care, behavioural health services, and access to lab results, medication details, and billing information.
