Valley Wellness, a US-based behavioural health treatment company, has announced the launch of its inaugural facility in Corona, California.
Situated on a private 4.2-acre estate in Corona Hills, the property includes a 4,500ft2 house, equipped with a pool, spa, and basketball court, enhancing the luxury wellness retreat experience.
Valley Wellness CEO Alex Fuentes said: “We are thrilled to have this property. When you think of a private luxury wellness retreat, this is exactly what comes to mind.”
This new facility is designed to cater to affluent and high-profile professionals seeking discreet, high-level personalised treatment.
Patients at Valley Wellness pay directly with cash, bypassing insurance to maintain privacy and anonymity.
Comparable top-tier facilities in California charge up to $100,000 monthly for similar accommodation, treatment, and discretion, the company said.
Valley Wellness has hired a team of psychiatrists, therapists, and addiction specialists to deliver personalised care, focusing on guiding patients to manage life post-addiction, avoid triggers, and establish healthy routines, including diet and exercise.
The behavioural health sector is currently the fastest-growing segment in healthcare, valued at approximately $42bn.
Facilities that previously focused solely on substance and alcohol abuse are now rebranding under the behavioural health umbrella, expanding their services to include treatment for depression, social anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and abuse, alongside substance and alcohol dependency.
This shift has broadened the patient base and increased demand for new facilities. Valley Wellness aims to address this demand by creating a treatment facility that prioritises addressing the root causes of addiction and disorders, rather than solely focusing on financial gain.
The company also launched an equity crowdfunding opportunity through PicMiiCrowdfunding. Investors receive equity in the property and a share of profits generated from patient fees.Fuentes added: “Everyone has someone close to them that’s battled one of these issues.
“People want to give back and help others heal, and being a part of Valley Wellness gives them that opportunity. Imagine knowing that every check you receive means a person healed.”
The Corona facility has secured all necessary licenses and permits and is set to begin patient treatment by the start of the new year.
