Vivant Health and Pandia team up to enhance women’s healthcare access

The collaboration will provide members with physician-only online consultations, and discreet home delivery of FDA-approved medication.

US healthcare company Vivant Health has partnered with compatriot Pandia Health, a women-led telemedicine provider, to support health equity initiatives.

This alliance is aimed at enhancing access to "affordable" women's health services for Vivant Health members.

The partnership will provide members with physician-only online consultations, prescription refills, and discreet home delivery of FDA-approved medication.

These services are designed for 24/7 access and will be delivered through asynchronous care models, enhancing convenience and privacy for users.

Vivant Health marketing director Amanda Moss said: "At Vivant Health, we are committed to meeting the evolving needs of our diverse member community.

“We're especially proud to partner with Pandia Health, a women-founded organisation, to advance health equity and empower women through innovative technology.

“Together, we're taking a meaningful step forward in expanding access to women's health services and closing the equity gap in care."

Pandia Health was established to address disparities in reproductive health access, especially for women of colour and those in underserved communities.

By integrating its care model with Vivant Health’s network, both organisations aim to support members with improved convenience, privacy, and cultural sensitivity.

Pandia Health co-founder and chief medical officer Sophia Yen said: "We're honoured to team up with Vivant Health to expand access to expert, evidence-based, customised, 100% doctor care for birth control and menopause—making it easier for women to get the treatment they deserve within one business day for birth control and three to five for menopause."

The collaboration supports Vivant Health’s commitment to whole-person care, integrating women’s health into a unified offering.

Members now have access to expanded well-women’s services aligned with different life stages and healthcare needs.
