American healthcare software solutions provider Collective Medical Technologies has teamed up with the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC) to improve patient outcomes by closing the communication gaps that undermine patient care.
As a result of the collaboration, HASC’s 184 member hospital and 40 health systems will be able to access the Collective Medical network and EDie care collaboration tool to detect and support complex and vulnerable patients.
