Community Health Network has announced a joint venture (JV) with GoHealth, aiming to improve the availability and quality of urgent care services across Indiana, US.
This collaboration will see six existing Community MedCheck urgent care centers rebranded as Community-GoHealth Urgent Care centers later in 2025, with additional expansion plans in place to address community needs.

This model serves as an entry point to a comprehensive continuum of care.
The JV is set to commence operations later in the year with a smooth transition anticipated for the existing MedCheck locations, maintaining the same quality of care that patients expect.

GoHealth’s Connected Care Model is designed to provide customers with quality, readily available care. It leverages partnerships with health systems, facilitating a network that includes primary care physicians, hospitals and specialists.
This approach aims to ensure care continuity and streamlined communication within the healthcare ecosystem, thus enhancing the overall patient experience.
