Formative Health teams up with Conversa Health to offer automated digital conversations to patients

Formativ teams up with physician practices, hospitals and health systems to manage all aspects of their patients’ experiences. It will now use Conversa to allow its clients to communicate easier and faster with patients.

This partnership will enable Formativ to bolster its Patient Engagement Platform (PEP) as Conversa offers personalised, automated conversations to track, manage, and engage patients.

With Conversa, Formativ now provides a “conversational AI” platform that enables care teams and patients to communicate all time during chronic care, pre-and post-surgical care, post-acute care.

Formativ CTO David Harvey said: “As we add functionality to our Patient Engagement Platform, we’re excited to incorporate Conversa’s conversational AI to help us communicate with patients across channels and coordinate care.”

Conversa offers chats between patients and providers on any device without logins or software downloads. A secure browser is required to push email, text or direct inbox notifications.
