US-based Cloud communications company Intermedia Cloud Communications has introduced Intermedia Healthcare Solutions, a Cloud solution designed to improve communications and collaboration.

The solution is designed to integrate artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, internal collaboration and Cloud technology to streamline operations for healthcare providers.

Its launch was announced during the Enterprise Connect conference, which has been taking place in Florida this week.

Intermedia Healthcare Solutions can support integration with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic Systems, MEDITECH, athenahealth, Veradigm Oracle Cerner, eClinicalWorks and NextGen Healthcare.

By linking EHR data with patient interactions, the solution aims to improve workflows, response times and patient care quality.

The platform’s comprehensive suite of tools supports multichannel communication, including phone, email and text, and uses EHR data for intelligent call routing.
