Conway Medical Center has purchased PatientKeeper’s suite of clinical applications to automate physician workflow and to deploy healthcare information technology at its 210-bed hospital located in South Carolina, US.
PatientKeeper’s clinical applications provide a physician-friendly interface and allow voluntary physician adoption of healthcare IT required for meaningful use compliance.
The clinical applications include PatientKeeper’s Physician Portal, which allows physicians to easily manage their patients and obtain patient clinical data from any web browser, Mobile Clinical Results, which allows clinicians to access patient clinical data anywhere from smartphones or tablets.
PatientKeeper president and CEO Paul Brient said the company’s suite of clinical applications will allow physicians to focus more time on patient care, improving quality of care and meaningful use goals.
Conway Medical Center is a private, non-profit medical centre comprising a 66-bed long-term care facility, a 22-bed sub-acute care facility, a wellness and fitness centre, and an outpatient diagnostic centre.
